Bottle closing machine with screw caps MB-1
These machines are designed for capping of plastic (PET) or glass bottles with plastic screw caps or aluminium caps type ‘pilferproof’. These are rotary machines and they have a number of capping elements (capping heads).
The machines operate completely automatic. Bottles are fed to the capping heads by a conveyor screw and an input spider. Capping machines are equipped with an orienting mechanism and a device for feeding of caps according to their type. Capped bottles are taken out to a conveyor. The bottle- capping machine has a separate drive and a control device for capacity with a frequency regulator without degrees. They are equipped with protective facing. The control of bottle- capping machine for bottles with different height is done through a lifting device driven by an electric motor.
