Press Trolley

The press trolley is designed for moulding and straining of the curd that is fed from the curd- preparator during the process of yellow cheese and other types of hard cheeses production. The press trolley is completely made from stainless steel. It consists of a tank, a box, a pressing grid and a screw press.
